This Privacy Policy explains how Options Flow LLC (“Options Flow LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you use our website and the Options Flow™ online software-as-a-service platform (together, the “Services”), contact our support team, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your choices and rights.

1. WHO WE ARE AND SCOPE
Options Flow LLC operates the Options Flow™ Software and its related websites, dashboards, and tools. This Privacy Policy applies to:
• Our public website(s) and logged-in web app,
• Any mobile/desktop/browser-extension components we make available,

– Billing and Transactions: billing name, address, tax details (if applicable), and limited payment details. Full payment card data is processed by our payment processor and not stored by us.
– Support and Communications: messages, attachments, and contact details when you reach out to support or respond to surveys.
– Marketing Preferences: email subscription choices and related settings.
B. Information collected automatically – Device and Log Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring/exit pages, and timestamps. – Usage Data: clicks, feature use, page/app views, session duration, performance data, error reports, and diagnostic information generated by your interaction with the Services. – Cookies and Similar Technologies: cookies, web beacons, pixels, and local storage that help us remember settings, authenticate sessions, analyze usage, and measure campaigns.\
